Amy is an expert in strategic planning, business development, and organizational design and leadership. Acting as both a member of the Board of Trustees and a member of the BCF team, Amy is responsible for the strategic direction of our organization.

Amy joined BCF as a Board Member in the fall of 2014 and added the role of Acting Executive Director in May of 2015. Prior to joining our team, Amy served as the Managing Director of Strategy and Business Development at Blue Slate Solutions for more than ten years. She also worked in New York City, first as an Assistant Treasurer at the Bank of New York and then as a Sales and Marketing Executive at Home Box Office (HBO). Amy is a graduate of Connecticut College, where she earned a B.A. in Child Development and Psychology and Certification in Elementary Education. Amy is a native of the Capital Region and is a proud parent to her five children: Christopher, Megan, Peter, Michael and K.K.
